1. REGISTRATION AND ORDERING
By registering or ordering you undertake that all details that you provide online for the purpose of any service to be rendered is considered correct and valid. You may need to register to order the services and use its features. By order the services you undertake that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the services at the price stated on the website. We are not deemed by any means to provide any customer, Company the service unless approved. Giana Dry Cleaners and Laundry reserves the right to decline an order for any reason suitable.
2. PAYMENT ON DROP-OFF
Giana Dry Cleaners and Laundry shall not release any laundry unless payment is preformed in front of the driver or agent during drop of. Should you need to pay via EFT; a proof of payment will be required. The driver or agent is not allowed to release the laundry unless a valid payment is made.
3. MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order price is R150.00 for all services.
You are able to cancel an order free of any charge before your order has been approved. If you for any reason cancel the order after it has already been approved Giana Dry Cleaners and Laundry reserves the right to charge for any additional costs ( e.g. petrol and storage ) if applicable or to cancel the services.
5. PICK UP & DROP OFF
The service will be provided at a location and time you specified when placing your order. You should be responsible for providing real and accurate pick up and drop off location and time. If, for any reason, we cannot reach you at the agreed pick up and / or drop off time and location, Giana Dry Cleaners and Laundry will provide you with instructions to re-arrange the pickup and / or drop off. In these situations, Giana Dry Cleaners reserves the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred (e.g. petrol or storage) if applicable or to cancel the services.
6. TURNAROUND TIME
Giana Dry Cleaners and Laundry is able to deliver back in 24 – 48 hour period depending on what service required. However, incase of some items require extra care, e.g. cannot be tumble dried, or items that need special stain treatments. Giana Dry Cleaners and Laundry reserves the right to delay delivery and set new reasonable time applicable. If Giana Dry Cleaners and Laundry cannot arrange to drop off at the agreed time or day, Giana Dry cleaners will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time.
7. STAIN TREATMENT
Some stains require special stain removal treatments. If you do not specify the need for special stain treatment Giana Dry Cleaners and Laundry cannot guarantee that the stain will be removed completely.
8. LOOSE ITEMS
Although, Giana Dry Cleaners and Laundry tries hard to track items such as jewellery, cufflinks, bank cards, buttons, ECT. We ask that all customers please ensure that you empty pockets prior to leaving items with us as we cannot be held responsible to damages relating to items left in pockets, e.g. lipstick, pens, ect.
9. DAMAGED ITEMS
Giana Dry Cleaners and Laundry cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We strive in treating all garments, and or laundry we the utmost care. However all items that requires a service rendered will be considered second hand and this applies particularly, but not limited to suede, leather, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyl, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins. We will not be held responsible for any claims, including shrinkage, discolouring, runs, rips, tears and any other damage that may arise. We reserve the right to not be held responsible for any claim/s that may arise through theft during transit or fire damage.
10. COMPLAINTS AND UNCLAIMED GOODS
No complaints will considered after 3 days of delivery and goods left unclaimed after 1(one) month will be sold to defray expenses or donated to charity.
